The exhibition was created as an extended version of JAPAN SHOP and has been held annually since then. The largest biennial exhibition of building machinery in Asia: over 3,000 exhibitors from different countries. It is here that latest inventions are presented. WUF was established by the United Nations in 2001 to address one of the most acute challenges facing the world today: rapid urbanization and its impacts on communities, cities, economy, climate changes, and politics. The forum hosts Urban Expo trade fair which presents advanced technologies and solutions in the field of sustainable development in construction and urban planning.

AIA Conference on Architecture
Although Europe is traditionally considered the treasure of world architecture, there is much to learn from and what to see in the USA as well. The event comprises many seminars and workshops from leading architectural bureaus, about 160 exclusive tours, and also an exhibition of the latest high-tech solutions in architecture and construction presented by over 650 exhibitors.

WAF is the world's largest festival and architectural awards focused on the exchange of architectural achievements from around the world. It is here that the architectural community meets to share experiences and learn from each other, and it is the only global festival that comprises a contest, a business program, and professional communication.

If you are interested in the innovations of the future like "smart homes", artificial intelligence, sustainable development, and urban planning technologies, it’s worth visiting this fair and forum. A visit to the city where the world's largest flower parade is taking place is just a "must do" for those professionally engaged in landscape design and gardening. GrootGroen+ trade fair of nursery gardens will be useful for real estate and product developers. Its participants and visitors come from Europe, the USA, Russia, Africa. You are already unlikely to visit the spring fair on January 22-23, but you can still find some time for the autumn one which will be held in late September.

This event, also known as the Royal Horticultural Society Great Spring Show, is traditionally held for several days in May. By the way, it is really attended by members of the royal family. Real masterpieces in the field of landscape design are presented at the event. For example, in previous years, one could have seen a garden suspended in the air, a garden for people with disabilities, a roof garden, or a garden with sand dunes. And this year, a new category, urban gardens, will be presented, which is especially relevant for real estate developers: here it will be demonstrated how to transform a modest-sized space into a blooming corner.

GaLaBau is a leading international exhibition of urban spaces, a source of inspiration for the design, construction, and operation of green spaces, sports and playgrounds. It hosts over 70,000 visitors and 1253 exhibitors in 14 exhibition halls – something original and innovative must be there for sure.

October 5-7, Munich, Germany
The place where European capital flows is the annual exhibition of the B2B real estate sector in Germany. It has been held since 1998, and its visitors are developers and project managers, investors and financiers, consultants and agents, architects and planners, municipal officials.
